Dhiman is a married man who has lived with his family in West Ham for a number of years, deeply connected with the community in both personally and professionally. He works as a Registered Manager in Social Care business providing critical services for vulnerable individuals living in the communities across several London Boroughs. He has over 10 years of experience serving the elderly and disabled in the community.

Dhiman wants to build a new 'social connection' with the elderly and those with disabilities so that everyone feels inclusive as a community. With his experience, he will work tirelessly to improve access to health care services across Newham for the vulnerable. He say:

With the annual increases in our council tax to pay for social care, I want to ensure the council uses this money to provide those with better services and ensure everybody has access to the services they deserve.

Dhiman stood as a candidate for the local council election in 2022. He is a great campaigner for many years locally and nationally for Conservative Party and wants to increase the party's brand value so everyone feels welcoming to join the party and get their voices heard!
